Situated on a South slope of Rila Mountain with small ski pistes near by, the hotel is a four-storey building with magnificent views to the surrounding mountain heights. Jundola is actually a saddle that separates two mountains - The Rila and the Rhodopes. Only 80 km distance from the Plovdiv International Airport and at the same time in an ecologically clean area, the hotel symbolizes complete relaxation. Pine forests at their best surround the area and everything is very well kept because the Institute of Forestry has a building there wgere they do lots of lectures and on the ground practices. Velingrad which is famous for its mineral waters is just 16km away and the highest dam on the Balkan Peninsula – Lake Belmeken is just 20km. Bansko is 50km away and very close is the new border point with Greece. The region offers excellent opportunities for winter and summer holidays.
The hotel consists of 37 double rooms and 3 one-bedroom apartments. Each room has en-suite bathroom/WC. There is a bar and a restaurant with huge terraces, and a conference room. The hotel is furnished but needs rennovation to make it up to nowadays standards. Its total build up area is 1,711 square meters. Outside there are 4088 square meters beautiful gardens, parking places and a kids playground.
